With over a decade of hands-on experience and qualifications like Level 3 Personal Training, First Aid, and Fitness Instructing, I bring a solid mix of knowledge and real-world expertise to the table. I've spent years training in boxing, Muay Thai, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, pushing myself to elite levels in each sport.

I've worked with a wide range of clients - everyone from busy professionals and seniors to athletes and individuals with goals like weight loss, muscle building, or even managing conditions like arthritis and back pains. This experience lets me tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs and goals perfectly.
